4.30.2 Describe the requirements of passengers to comply with instructions and commands. CAR Part 91
91.5 Compliance with crew instructions and commands
A passenger must follow any command given by the pilot-in-command under 91.203.
4.30.4 State the requirements for operating an aircraft in simulated instrument flight. CAR Part 91
91.125 Simulated instrument flight
A person must not operate an aircraft in simulated instrument flight unless the aircraft and crew meet the required safety conditions.
General requirements
The aircraft must have two pilot stations.
One pilot station must be occupied by a safety pilot who holds a current pilot licence.
Safety pilot visibility
The safety pilot must have either:
adequate vision forward and to each side of the aircraft, or
a competent observer who can help supplement the safety pilot’s vision
